Danny Kostyshin has exhibited his chawan internationally every year between 2015 and 2019 in Singapore, Belgium, Nashville, Vancouver (for the Canada 150 celebrations ), and at the 2019 Taiwan 1st International Chawan exhibition. He fires his work in wood, soda and gas atmospheres. His work is sold privately or at Cultivate Tea in Vancouver, BC. In 2015, he was interviewed by Sheryl MacKay for CBC’s NXNW as he was the first Canadian potter to be invited to the Singapore Chawan Exhibition.
