Keith Lehman comes from a small town in northern Alberta. He studied ceramics at Goshen College in Indiana and Capilano College in North Vancouver. With his partner Carole Henshall, he owns the Poplar Studio and the Kingsmill Studio Pottery on Granville Island. For more information, please see his website www.poplarstudio.ca . Huang Fei was born in Jiangxi province in the south of China, where his father and grandfather were craftsmen working with lacquered furniture. In 1994, he moved to Jingdezhen, where he studied calligraphy, ink painting and blue and white painting on porcelain known as Qing Hua. One of the first artists from Jingdezhen to exhibit outside of China, he has been exhibiting and leading workshops in Canada and the UK. He is currently living in North Vancouver.
